Afor’dable Business Consulting was created from real-world experience—not theory.
Founded by Afor Carter, our firm was built on years of hands-on leadership in healthcare, operations, and business management. From store management and organizational leadership to clinical research coordination, dental hygiene, and medical assisting, Afor has worked inside the systems most businesses struggle to navigate.
That experience revealed a common problem:
too many small businesses especially minority-owned and healthcare-based organizations have the vision and passion, but lack the structure, guidance, and support needed to grow sustainably.
